Caffenation coffee (pronounced 'kaffa-nay-shen') is a premium range of coffee beans sourced from the finest coffee producing countries in the world; Master Roasted fresh in Australia; and made available to the nation. Our roasters only source specialty grade coffee that is ethical and sustainable.
Specialty Coffee
Our Mild & Mellow, Bold & Beautiful, and Dark & Delish blends are all so great they can be classified as "Specialty Coffee" by the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America).Specialty Coffee is defined as Class 1, Specialty Grade by the SCAA and shows zero primary defects, up to 5 secondary defects, and zero quakers (unripened coffee beans) in a 350gm sample. It should also register 80 points or above in a cup evaluation in a 100gram roasted sample. We are happy to say that our coffee ticks all those boxes! Rainforest Alliance

Designed for both espresso and milk based coffee, this Caffenation blend speaks with a bold but smooth lingering presence. Dry aromas of caramel and chocolate, moving through to honeycomb, plum and cocoa at extraction. This blend is 100% Arabica beans sourced from PNG, Costa Rica, Columbia and an heirloom varietal from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia.

Decaffeination is done using a natural sugar cane process to create a superior taste with full flavour and less impact on the planet. Our decaf embodies everything about its origin with deep chocolate notes together with hints of sweet almond and bright nectarine to create a delicate and balanced cup.
