All Caffénation and Evolve North blends meet the high standards required to be classified as Specialty Coffee by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).
According to the SCAA, Specialty Coffee is defined as Class 1, Specialty Grade - meaning it contains zero primary defects, no more than five secondary defects, and zero quakers (unripened beans) in a 350g green coffee sample. Additionally, it must score at least 80 points out of 100 in a cup evaluation based on a 100g roasted sample.

Our single origin bean is from organic farms in the Chaipas region, Mexico.
It's offering is dry, acidic and snappy. Chocolate, fruity, berry notes, with a medium to soft body. It's prominent chocolate flavour and fruity notes is a great base for the perfect latte.
